Our office lobby is closed to public traffic . We can bring paperwork to your car, assist with issues and payments may be dropped in the night drop.

Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program:
The Energy Assistance Program (EAP) opens October 1, 2021, accepting online and mail-in applications for Program Year 2022. Water assistance is available this year when you apply for energy assistance. We service customers in Derby, Leopold, Branchville, St. Croix and the outskirts of Tell City. Today, And-Tro Water Authority provides water to over 1,700 service locations, including homes, businesses and schools, in Perry County.
