Each year we make available the Drinking Water Quality Report, which is a short report that tells where your water comes from and what is in it. The 2021 Water Quality Report is now available in the 2022 CCR reports, linked below.
LOBBY OPEN TO PUBLIC TRAFFIC:
Our office lobby is now open to public traffic . We can still bring paperwork to your car, assist with issues and payments may be dropped in the night drop. Office is closed 7/4 in observation of Independence Day.

Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program:
The Energy Assistance Program (EAP) opens October 1, 2021, accepting online and mail-in applications for Program Year 2022. Water assistance is available this year when you apply for energy assistance. And-Tro Water Authority has been providing high-quality drinking water to communities in Perry County since September 1965. We service customers in Derby, Leopold, Branchville, St. Croix and the outskirts of Tell City. Today, And-Tro Water Authority provides water to over 1,700 service locations, including homes, businesses and schools, in Perry County.
